"I don't have any mending scrolls on me, the last one went into fixing the squeedly spooch detector. There's some Stickytape in the bottom drawer, use that."

"I don't think tape is going to do it. And you know you made up squeedly spooch. How did you break a thing to detect it?" Apple rummages for cigarettes. "Where are your clothes?"

[Fragmaster01]

"They sabotaged it, of course! Didn't want me noticing their doings... And my defenses were even shut down by this heinous trap! This 'shopkeeper' will have much to pay for..."
She flaps her wings a couple of times, and the room around you comes into impossibly sharp focus, though with all the wrong colors. Rather psychedelic, but a bit strange looking. You feel her little "magical defenses" being at work here, though you're not sure what the hell it actually did, aside from try to make the world a bit more Picasso like.

Apple: You find some cigarettes under a stuffed llama.
"And clothes are for the weak! Or at least those who haven't been set up. The cloth of villainy can come after my triumphant return to normalcy."

"You've been doing magic while naked and high. And we're not killing the magic shop guy. Or beating him up. He likes you, you know. You don't need to scare him." Apple puts a cigarette in her friend's mouth and lights it for her. "There. World's all better now. Let's go and get some magic."

[Fragmaster01]

"That's the only way to do magic, silly. Fine, no violence. Unless it's justified! Or fun..."
She does her dramatic pose again, demanding you to head onwards towards the magic shop. Possibly for buying a mending scroll too.

[Caput]

"You know, you look soo cute... And tasty." Apple gets a key and goes outside. "Ok, guys. This is Christine. No touching or she'll claw your face off or something. We need to go to a store to get her human-shaped and buy a mending scroll. Sorry you're not fixed yet, Shepard."

[Meester Roboto]

Shepherd, waiting next to jochen, throws him a look as if he's loosing paitience with the insanity, yet the rest of his composure says otherwise. It builds character.

He turns to apple: "We have a plan, good enough for me."

"I'm not tasty! And don't believe those silly people who say otherwise. They just want some free sausage, and it's not coming from here!"

Jochen wispers to Apple, "She... isn't going to do anything drastic is she?"

[Caput]

Apple shrugs, accidentally pressing her friend against her ear. "What are you going to do?"

[Fragmaster01]

"I'm not sure yet, but it will be glorious... and fluffy."
You arrive at the magic shop. Some guy is standing on the corner declaring that magic is sin, and you should all be in the church of [Insert God Here] right about now. A half-melted gummy bear warms the sidewalk for you. The yellow one, just to tempt you.

[Caput]

Apple jingles her inverted crucifix at him. "Course it is! That's why we love it." Then she makes a ridiculous face at him, sticking her tongue out with big wide eyes and goes inside.

[Fragmaster01]

He searches for his holy water, before realizing he doesn't have any.
The inside is a collection of tomes and amusing glowy stuff. A man with dreadlocks and a fountain pen stuffed behind his ear is sorting things behind the counter. He appears to have a rat on his head staring into your very soul. Beady eyes.
"Alex! Where is the one who ran the store this morning!" The ferret lays into the store owner with her cute fluffy anger. Perhaps you can shop while she rants.

Apple stays with the animal, experiencing an odd blend of amusement and facepalm. This would be really embarrassing if it was the first time. She would go and pick out the mending scroll, but it's hard enough reading kids' novels; magic stuff is asking too much.

[Fragmaster01]

"Jacob watched the store this morning, and he said you were high when you came in. Why am I not surprised to see you like this..."
"Silence! Someone has tampered with this summoning ritual I purchased, and evil must be done upon them!" Her wings bristle with magical energy. Or hyperventilation. Either one, really.

[Caput]

Apple rolls her eyes. "That's your answer to everything. Don't worry, she's just embarrassed. Can you help us put her back? She'll leave you alone after that. Even if I have to drag her."

Shepherd waits with crossed arms outside with jochen, passing a glance at the crazy anti magic hobo before turning to jochen.


"So whats your story."

[Fragmaster01]

"Shit, you said that was a summoning spell? How the hell did you do that with a summoning spell?"
"I summoned the creature of doom! But now it's me. Silly targeting parameters all off. Now real me's off floating in the ether, like a silly little surfer."

[Caput]

Apple lifts ferretface level with her eyes. "This might be the stupidest thing you've ever done. Where's the ether?"

[Fragmaster01]

"Everywhere! And nowhere... It's all that energy stuff flowing around when you don't need it. And now I need it!"
"Well, I don't know how to get it back. You're going to have to try something else. Maybe a scry to find it, with a teleportation to bring it back. Then you've gotta reseat the soul... damn, woman, how do you mess things up so badly?"

Apple sighs. "She was an evil genius in a previous life. How much for all those things you said?"

[Fragmaster01]

"I don't have anything that high level, Apple. Sorry, you're gonna have to look elsewhere." Chris gives a death glare in response, staring into his eyes with fury unbound. It doesn't take.

[Caput]

"We've been through this. The laser eyes aren't real. Now, Shepard saving scroll time. Need you to be my outboard brain." Apple uses her friend as a tool to scan the stock for useful items.

[Fragmaster01]

"My concerns are important! How dare you allow a spy into your midst, and not stock the proper materials to undo their mischief! But yes, I will mend the silly metal person."

"Damn it, why is magic so expensive? You spent fifty to mend your skeadly spoocher? Anyway, it wasn't a spy. It was some stupid kobold guy." Apple takes her friend outside to mend her other friend.
